THE SOUL-ALIGNED VILLAGE™ MEMBER

AGREEMENT

1. Overview

This agreement is between:

Dani Devren (The Soul-Aligned Mentor)

and

The Member ("you")

By joining The Soul-Aligned Village™, you confirm your place as a Villager within The Soul-Aligned Village™

community.

The Soul-Aligned Village is a membership-based community created to support meaningful connection, friendship-

first community, personal growth, shared experiences, collaboration, and conscious living.

2. What You Are Joining

The Soul-Aligned Village™ is designed to provide:

• Connection and community

• Monthly online circles

• In-person gatherings and events

• Educational and collaborative opportunities

• Wisdom webinars and guest experts

• Access to shared resources and member contributions

• Opportunities to build meaningful friendships and connections

The Village is a community experience and not an outcome-based coaching programme.

3. Membership Term

Membership is a 12-month commitment.

Your membership begins on the date you join.

You may choose to cancel your membership at any time; however, cancellation does not remove responsibility for

the agreed financial commitment for the remainder of the 12-month term.

You remain responsible for completing the agreed membership term once you join.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to one of the following:

• £37 per month for 12 months

OR

• £400 paid in full

If paying monthly:

• Payments must be made on time each month

• You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method

If paying by standing order:

• You agree to establish and maintain the standing order for the duration of your membership term

5. Missed or Cancelled Payments

If a payment is unsuccessful or missed, a 7-day grace period will apply to allow the payment to be resolved.

During this period, membership access will remain active.

If payment remains outstanding after the grace period, access to Village spaces, events, and member benefits may

be paused until payment is resolved.

Members remain responsible for their agreed membership commitment.

Continued non-payment or repeated failed payments may result in removal from the Village.

6. Access & Participation

As a member you will receive access to:

• Village community spaces

• Online circles

• In-person gatherings

• Wisdom webinars

• Shared resources

• Member experiences and opportunities

Access is provided for your personal use only and may not be transferred, reproduced, resold, or shared with

others.

The Village may utilise approved communication platforms and systems to support member experience, including

but not limited to:

• WhatsApp communities

• Village app platforms

• Online community spaces

• Other approved systems

All community spaces remain part of The Soul-Aligned Village™ ecosystem and access may be removed if

membership ends.

7. Community Standards

The Village is built upon friendship, respect, compassion, curiosity, integrity, collaboration, and personal

responsibility.

By joining, you agree to:

• Treat all members with kindness and respect

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members during and after membership

• Contribute in a way that aligns with the values of the Village

• Support an environment of collaboration rather than competition

• Respect the intellectual property, creative work, ideas, and contributions of Dani Devren, The Soul-Aligned

Village™ and fellow members

• Not engage in behaviour that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful

The Village is intended to be a safe and welcoming space for all members.

8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All content, frameworks, presentations, training materials, downloads, worksheets, branding, logos, graphics,

recordings, written content, systems, resources, and intellectual property shared within The Soul-Aligned Village™

remain the property of Dani Devren and The Soul-Aligned Village™ unless otherwise stated.

Members may use Village resources for their own personal learning, growth, and development but may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, repurpose, licence, or resell Village materials

• Claim Village content, concepts, frameworks, systems, or resources as their own

• Share paid member resources with non-members

• Use Village materials to create substantially similar programmes, memberships, communities, networks, events,

training, or licensing models without prior written permission

The following are considered proprietary works of Dani Devren and The Soul-Aligned Village:

• The Soul-Aligned Village™

• The Soul-Aligned Visibility Method™

• Associated frameworks, methodologies, concepts, terminology, systems, processes, and training materials

Members are also expected to respect the confidentiality of personal stories, experiences, discussions, and

information shared by fellow Villagers.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate removal from the Village without refund.

9. Wellbeing & Personal Responsibility

The Soul-Aligned Village™ is intended as a supportive community experience.

It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or a substitute for

professional services.

Members remain responsible for their own wellbeing, decisions, actions, circumstances, and outcomes.

Members should seek qualified support where appropriate.

10. Right to Pause or Remove Access

Dani Devren reserves the right to pause or remove access to the Village if:

• Community standards are not upheld

• Behaviour is considered harmful, unsafe, discriminatory, disruptive, or significantly misaligned with Village

values

• The wellbeing, safety, or experience of the wider community is put at risk

• Membership obligations are not met

This exists to protect the experience and wellbeing of the community as a whole.

11. Media & Content

Village experiences, circles, gatherings, retreats, webinars, and events may occasionally involve photographs,

videos, recordings, testimonials, or promotional content creation.

Reasonable care will be taken to respect privacy.

Members may request not to be featured in photographs, recordings, or promotional materials.

12. Changes to the Village

As this is a founding-stage community:

• Elements of the Village may evolve over time

• New features, events, structures, systems, and platforms may be introduced

• Existing offerings may be refined or improved

The overall intention, values, and member experience of the Village will be maintained.

13. No Guarantees

The Village is designed to provide:

• Support

• Connection

• Friendship

• Community

• Learning opportunities

• Personal growth opportunities

However, no guarantees are made regarding:

• Business results

• Income

• Relationships

• Personal outcomes

• Opportunities created through the community

Individual experiences will vary.

14. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

15. Agreement & Reflection Period

By completing your registration and selecting the acknowledgement checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that:

• You have received, read, and understood this Member Agreement

• You understand this is a 12-month membership commitment

• You agree to the payment terms

• You agree to participate respectfully within the community

• You understand the nature and purpose of The Soul-Aligned Village™

A copy of this agreement will be provided for your records following registration.

Founding Members are entitled to a 7-day reflection period from the date of joining.

During this time, if you decide The Soul-Aligned Village™ is not aligned for you, you may request cancellation and

receive a full refund of any payments made.

After the 7-day reflection period has passed, the membership commitment and payment obligations contained

within this agreement remain in place for the agreed term.
